The breathtaking view of Mt. Yamnuska. This is a class 2 steep hiking trail where use of hands is required on some of the difficult downhill spots.
I love the vibrant colour of this wild flower!
I was hoping to capture a picture of a butterfly and I did.
This little chipmunk enjoyed a bite of my cliff bar!
We somehow managed to get off the path and after much frustration with some hazardous downhill slippage, Jana, decided it was safer and faster to slide down on her bottom. I, however, decided to find another way through the woods.
